What we process

Your name and contact details (email/phone/WhatsApp) when you enquire or purchase; the public content of your property listing (photos, text, reviews, location) to generate your site. Payment data is processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record) — we never see card details. Where we prepare a preview before first contact, we process the public content of your listing for that purpose under legitimate interest; preview sites go offline at their stated expiry, and unpurchased preview files are deleted within 12 months.

Purposes and bases

Generating and delivering the product (contract); generating previews for prospective customers and responding to enquiries (legitimate interest); legal and tax records (legal obligation).

Paddle (payments/tax), Cloudflare (hosting/DNS), Google Workspace (email).

Cookies

We set none ourselves; the Paddle checkout sets its own strictly necessary cookies (see Paddle's privacy policy).

Retention

Enquiry data up to 12 months; order records as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability under GDPR/KVKK — email us; you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

Outreach

Where we first contact a host using published contact details, we do so under legitimate interest, disclose the source on request, and remove anyone immediately on opt-out.
