You see a complete working preview before purchase, so you know exactly what you are buying. Delivery is instant: the moment your payment is confirmed, your site goes live and your files become available on your delivery page.

14-day money-back guarantee if the delivered site materially differs from the preview, or if delivery has not completed within 48 hours of purchase: write to bora@yourstaysite.co with your order number; refunds are executed by Paddle to the original payment method.

Courtesy hosting is not part of the product. A change to or withdrawal of hosting under Terms Section 4 is not a defect and is not a refund ground; your files and the guarantee above are unaffected.

Where consumer law grants a withdrawal right for digital content, by requesting immediate delivery you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that right lapses once delivery is complete. The guarantee above still applies.

Change-of-mind after delivery, and issues caused by edits you make to the files, are not covered. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Paddle, as Merchant of Record, may also apply its own Buyer Terms to refund requests.
