14-day money-back guarantee if the delivered site materially differs from the preview or is not delivered within 48 hours: write to bora@yourstaysite.co with your order number; refunds are executed by Paddle to the original payment method.

Where required by law (e.g., EU/UK consumers), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content; by requesting delivery within that period you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the statutory right lapses once delivery is complete — the guarantee above still applies.

Change-of-mind after delivery, and issues caused by edits you make to the files, are not covered. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Paddle, as Merchant of Record, may also apply its own Buyer Terms to refund requests.
