1. What we sell
A digital product: a single-page website generated by our automated builder from the public content of your property listing. The product is the self-contained website file delivered to you. We also host the site at an address on our domain as a courtesy (Section 4). No physical goods; no subscriptions or ongoing paid services.
2. Preview and purchase
A working preview is provided before purchase. By purchasing, you confirm the preview reflects the product you are buying. Purchase is self-serve: each preview has its own checkout page and payment link, issued per preview, and each order corresponds to one generated site for one listing. You accept these Terms by ticking the box at checkout. The version in force at that time governs your order and is kept on record with its date.
3. Delivery
Delivery is instant and automated. When your payment is confirmed, the preview notice and expiry are removed, the site stays live at its address under Section 4, and your delivery page opens with the complete site files to download. A confirmation email with your guide and your delivery link follows. If any part of this fails, we complete delivery manually within 48 hours of purchase at the latest. Keep a copy of your files; re-delivery later is at our discretion.
4. Hosting (courtesy)
4.1 Hosting is not part of the product and is not paid for. As a courtesy, we currently host your site at its address on our domain. It is provided as-is and as-available, with no commitment as to uptime, continuity or duration, and we may change, migrate or withdraw it at any time.
4.2 If we withdraw courtesy hosting for your site, we give 30 days' notice. We give notice by displaying a notice on the hosted site, by email to your purchase email, or both; notice is effective when first displayed or sent. It is your responsibility to keep your purchase email current and to check your site's address.
4.3 We may suspend or remove the hosted copy immediately and without notice where the law, a legal or copyright complaint, misuse of the site, or the security of our systems requires it. Your files are unaffected.
4.4 The address is on our domain and remains ours. It is not part of the product and is not transferable. You may ask us to take the hosted copy down at any time.
4.5 The hosted copy is the version delivered at purchase. We are not obliged to update, edit or restore it. To change your site, edit your files and host them where you choose; the guide explains how.
5. License and ownership
On full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, transferable license to use, modify, host and transfer your generated site file, including with a sale of the property or business it promotes. The underlying template system, builder software and design system remain our property and are licensed, not sold. Our name, logo and domain are not licensed to you.
6. Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, or Paddle.com Inc. for buyers in the United States), who is the seller of record for your order and handles payment, taxes, invoices and refund execution. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the payment transaction.
7. Your responsibilities
7.1 You confirm that you control the listing used for generation, that you hold the rights to its photos, text and guest reviews, and that our use of that content to generate and host your site is authorised by you.
7.2 You are responsible for the site as used: its content, its accuracy, and its compliance with your platform agreements and the law where you operate, including price and fee disclosure, accommodation licence or registration numbers, accessibility and privacy requirements.
7.3 You will indemnify us against third-party claims, losses and costs arising from your content or your use of the site.
8. No affiliation
We are not affiliated with Airbnb or any booking platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.
9. No travel services
We do not process bookings, payments or reservations for guests. The site routes guest enquiries directly to you.
10. No obligations after delivery
The product is delivered complete. Beyond completing delivery under Section 3, we have no obligation to provide edits, updates, support or hosting. Any help we choose to give is at our discretion, may be withdrawn at any time, and creates no obligation for the future.
11. Warranties and liability
THE PRODUCT AND ANY COURTESY HOSTING ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BOOKINGS, RANKINGS, TRAFFIC OR REVENUE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, INCLUDING LOST BOOKINGS, PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE PRICE PAID FOR THAT ORDER. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Complaints and removal
Complaints about content or copyright: write to bora@yourstaysite.co. We act on credible complaints within one business day, which may include removing a hosted copy under Section 4.3.
13. Who we are
YourStaySite ("we") is operated by Semih Boytorun, sole proprietor, Istanbul, Türkiye. Contact: bora@yourstaysite.co.
14. General
14.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, the Refund Policy and the preview you saw are the whole agreement between you and us for your order; the payment transaction is separately governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. You confirm you are not relying on any statement made outside these documents, including messages exchanged before purchase; where such a message and these Terms differ, these Terms apply.
14.2 Changes. We may update these Terms for future orders. The version you accepted at checkout governs your order.
14.3 Notices. We may give any notice by email to your purchase email or by a notice displayed on the hosted site.
14.4 Assignment. We may transfer this agreement to a successor operator of YourStaySite without your consent. You may transfer your license under Section 5.
14.5 Severability and waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
14.6 Language. These Terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience and the English text controls.
15. Governing law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
