1. Who we are

YourStaySite ("we") is operated by Semih Boytorun, sole proprietor, Istanbul, Türkiye. Contact: bora@yourstaysite.co.

2. What we sell

A digital product: a single-page website generated by our automated builder from the public content of your property listing, delivered as (a) a hosted deployment and (b) a self-contained website file. No physical goods; no subscriptions or ongoing paid services.

3. Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who is the seller of record for your order and handles payment, taxes, invoices, and refund execution. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction.

4. Preview and purchase

A working preview is provided before purchase. By purchasing, you confirm the preview reflects the product you are buying. Final delivery removes the preview notice and places the site under your control. Checkout links are issued per preview; each order corresponds to one generated site for one listing.

5. Delivery

Within 48 hours of purchase.

6. Hosting

The hosted deployment is a courtesy included with delivery, on free-tier static infrastructure, provided as-is with no uptime commitment. We may migrate or discontinue it with 30 days' notice to your purchase email. The self-contained website file is the product; the handover guide explains how to host it anywhere.

7. License and ownership

On full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, host, and transfer your generated site. The underlying template system, builder software, and design system remain our property and are licensed, not sold.

8. Your warranties

You confirm you control the listing used for generation and hold rights to its photos and text, and that your use of the site complies with your platform agreements and local law. We generate from content you already publish; responsibility for that content is yours.

9. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with Airbnb or any booking platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

10. No travel services

We do not process bookings, payments, or reservations for guests. The site routes guest enquiries directly to you.

11. Liability

The product is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the price paid. No guarantee of bookings, rankings, or revenue.

12. Governing law

Laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
